After a long “interlude season,” the Telegram-based game Hamster Kombat announced that its second season of airdrop campaign has started, called the “HamsterVerse.”
What’s the significance: A second season is another opportunity to earn $HMSTR while playing.
What is HamsterVerse?
In an X post, Hamster Kombat said that S2 is “not just a game—it’s a whole new level.”
- Gameplay: Its gameplay of tapping a hamster character has been retained but has a new level.
- It is because instead of a single game, there are now four mini-games within the Hamster Kombat mini-app.
Hamster GameDev Heroes
Players will act as CEO of a game studio with the end goal is to develop games and be the main player in the industry.
- Players will earn in-game points by tapping the hamster character.
Hamster Fight Club
A player-versus-player mode with the end goal of being the strongest hamster ever.
- Players can tap their hamster character to punch enemy.
Hamster King
A city-conquering simulation with the end goal of conquering the world.
- Players can tap the enemies to defeat them.
Hamster Boost
This game is still in closed beta mode.
About the Airdrop
During the interlude season, the Hamster Kombat team promised that the diamonds, or the in-game points, mined by the players can be used for more rewards in the second season.
- Currently, diamonds can be used to earn extra rewards for Hamster GameDev Heroes. The developers said that more rewards will be revealed to other mini-games soon.
